The REAL Banksy is a newspaperman and broadcaster whose print career took him to senior positions on newspapers as far afield as New York and Sydney, and peaked with his short-lived editorship of the Daily Mirror. Now retired to the Godzone of north Northumberland with his wife Gemma he lives noisily between the Red Lion at Milfield and a home studio from which he makes frequent northern propaganda broadcasts on Radio Five Live and LBC.
