Murray Forseter had the good (or mis)fortune to be David Banks’ backyard neighbor during Banksy’s first stint trying to remake New York tabloids into British clones. A former newspaper man himself, Murray served as editor and publisher of Chain Store Age, a retail industry magazine, Web site and conference organizer. Upon retirement in 2009, Murray started a blog, nosocksneededanymore.com, dedicated to musings on politics, sports, business, entertainment, retirement and family life. Murray also is a contributor to Huffington Post.

Murray and wife Gilda reside in White Plains, NY, but their hearts are in Massachusetts and Nebraska where their two children, their mates, and their three grandchildren live.
